OK...Once again have to do reflection of the things we did in Cambodia lah...
I can't say the trip changed me dastically but basically If there is one thing that the entire trip sums up would be to appreciate what we have in Singapore lor...
yeah...
Like the first photo lah, In Singapore if we needed water all we have to do is to turn on the tap but in Cambodia they have to fetch water from that well lor......
For us alot of things seems very simple to accomplish lah, but to them even getting water out of the well can be considered as a huge task. And somemore, the water is not exactly clean lah. For us, drinking from the tap is not a problem, since our water is considered to be the cleanses in the World lor....
At the sametime, the kids with the Balloon is the same thingy lah, they are happy even though we gave them such simple things like the balloon animals. Compared to Singapore kids we would think the balloons are retarted abit werid to have in hand but to them its like treasure lah....
Some of the things we can learn from them is to be happy with what we have at hand...
Sometimes its the simplest things in life that makes us the happiest, we have forgotten about such things lah, but to the Cambodian kids they are living prove to this statement.
Wat I contributed ah...
Ideas to change the teaching plans, games, what to eat...
Yea..........
