Well, as the title suggest...I am reflecting about OCIP.
Haha, well OCIP surely taught me alot about team building and working across different departments. Not just rigidly working in my own department (programme) but also to assist other deparments to meet our overall target..
Programme...
I have done quite alot of programme stuff for my CCA, but never on such a large scale before...Fortunately our department leader (Xin Ying) is extremely reliable and reponsible, so things are done very smoothly and I suppose we are doing quite well..
Being in this department exposed me to alot of discussive work and also working with people to come out with English and Maths worksheet also what to be taught and stuff....
I guess, this are really raw experience but I can see that the turn out well...Labels: Marvin
