Hmmm. my experience of OCIP? It's been a roller coaster ride. (weehee!!!)
There were times when i can feel all of us really putting in the effort to brainstorm and get things done which was really great because all the weird ideas starts from there... hahas. and there were times when i feel that they became a little 'sian' about ocip...BUT we still came back to the right track la... i hope? =D
As i flip through my meeting minutes, i feel a little sense of accomplishment of where my group had came so far. From where there were only empty tables to a fully filled detailed ones... hahas. (cheap thrill) =)
How we ended up here, is through various agreements and disagreements. Which are actually beneficial in the whole process as it shows the different strengths of each individual including myself. I feel that it's like a process of getting to know more in depth about the people you already know and more about people you just met but don't usually talk to.
I've also learned to plan ahead. Like, thinking ahead of what is the agenda for the next meeting. It turned out to give the group direction on what should be done. yupp.
